Fishfly (Neohermes)

Fishfly (Neohermes)
Auburn, Lee County, Alabama, USA
June 9, 2008
Headshot of what is believed to be a fishfly (neohermes spp) because of the "moniliform" nature of the antennae. Contrary to an earlier posting, I believe this is a male due to the fact that on closer inspection , there are erect hairs on the segments of the antennae (can be faintly seen in this photo)
