Angle-winged Emerald or common emerald?
see Angle-winged Emerald as it looks quite similar to your photo. Another possibility is the the Common Emerald.

Pistachio Emerald
is a common NE Canadian sp.
Angle-winged looks similar but is a southern sp., only about as far north as Virginia.
Common is European, also looks similar but known only from the west coast of NA.
Often images of Pistachio are dark brown, this is because the green colour fades/changes rapidly after death.
