Arphea suphurea
From this angle it's difficult to tell A. sulphurea from A. conspersa, but it looks more like the first. Also, A. sulphurea should be common in your part of the world, and A. conspersa very rare, or more likely not there at all.

This is most likely a species of Arphia, probably A. sulphurea. Very fine behavioral shot of her ovipositing.
