Helgramite
Definitely a helgramite . I am pretty sure I can see gill filaments between those abdominal extensions. If so, this is Corydalus cornutus. These larvae crawl away from water to pupate in soil.

Eastern Dobsonfly
That's what this has to be. I should be able to get the confirmation when it pupates and emerges. Thanks Ray.

Moved
Moved from Beetles. Stephen, you're probably right.

Not Hellgrammite?
Those jaws and the abdominal filaments make me think of a hellgrammite. I could be wrong, though, so we'll see what emerges.
