It appears only the first of those is found in the nearctic; since I'm in New England I think neotropical vagrants can be discounted.

It was IDed, possibly incorrectly, as Anthomyiidae. Rarely can I tell the families apart. The key in Arnett is not helpful to me for calyptrate flies.
