1" long bathroom vent dweller
Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA
May 28, 2005
Size: 1" Long
Here's a better picture of the 1" bathroom dweller. He was out around noon time. I submitted a blurry picture before and there were a couple guesses but it didn't seem anyone was absolutely sure.

Hackled-mesh weaver.
This is a species in the family Amaurobiidae. The taxonomy has changed a bit from my childhood, which was the last time I paid them much mind (they were abundant in Portland, Oregon:-), so I won't venture a genus.
