Another dancing fly - Chrysops cuclux

Size: 1/4 inch
This fly came to my porch light and was doing a strange little dance-waving it's wings and legs-any idea what it might be? Sorry best photos I could get.

This is a deer fly (family Tabanidae). It is Chrysops cuclux Whitney
