Tube-dwelling Chironomid?
Beaver Creek, Richmond Hill, York Region, Ontario, Canada

Size: 6 mm
Collected from the creek. I noticed a few of these near the bottom of the jar, undulating within their tubes and occasionally extending out of it (see next image).
