Cobweb Spider - Enoplognatha ovata - Male

Cobweb spider?
Are the palps big enough to call it a male?
The third image shows the eye pattern a little better... six eyes?

Moved from Enoplognatha ovata.

Palps certainly look like immature male
but spider seems large for a male. We're guessing there are really two eyes on the outside dark marks, giving a total of eight. Here's what Lynette shows for Theridiidae,
. We would suggest Enoplognatha here for this one. Lovely images.
