Large unknown spider - Dolomedes albineus

Large unknown spider - Dolomedes albineus
Ravenel, Charleston County, South Carolina, USA
June 18, 2008
Size: body approx 2.5cm
This spider was found on a gravel road. The white coloration on the cephalothorax may be some sort of fungus, I'm not sure. I've had it for about a week in a jar, and it is still twitching slightly. Perhaps some sort of wasp has stung it?? I tried to use a spider key with my dissection scope, but I couldn't successfully identify it. More photographs to follow. Thanks for any help with this one...
