Western Tiger Swallowtail - Papilio rutulus - female

Western Tiger Swallowtail - Papilio rutulus - Female
San Joaquin Marsh, Irvine, Orange County, California, USA
June 23, 2008
I'm practicing shooting these butterflies in motion, in hopes of someday getting a good shot of the far less common Gia*nt Swallowtail. The big guys never seem to light when I'm around, plus they're super-wary. Hey, wish me luck!~

Nice shot.
I read on a comment that the * might be bad for the search engine. I can't remember who, but someone asked us to stop using it.

Thanks and thanks.
I think the comment about * means not to use wild card searches. In my recent experience, they hang up. OTHO, I can't see where it would hurt using it in text. I have noticed others using _ and now I know why. Think I'll just quit entirely.
