Another view of insect before it molted and disappeared. I would love to know what is is and if anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure its a cicada nymph too.

 
Unanimous.
I'm 'positive' it is a cicada nymph, likely a species of Tibicen.
