These had apparently recently come out (lots of exuvia and some nymphs around). Adults were singing from Pinyon Pine (sound clip here: http://snd.sc/11Ib56a ).
I'll post photos of the exuvia and nymph also. Is there any way to get a closer ID?

Okanagana striatipes
One of the few southwestern Okanagana I can identify, by its rather pointed head, short wings and "dusty" color.
