Right on, Hannah! Female, maybe A. virescens, but there is an online key to them now....

 
I found the key on Discover Life
I checked the boxes I was reasonably sure of - the list included:
"Female, abdomen: color [n]ot metallic green or blue, but black or brown with white or pale hair bands
State or province where bee was collected: Ontario
Female, hind leg, tibia, hair color: [a]ll hairs from the basitibial plate down the tibia similar in color with hairs on the sides of the tibia and the scopal hairs, golden to white"
Using all those criteria the key kicked back only A. virescens for me.
