Small moth - Dichomeris flavocostella

Middlefork Savanna, Lake Forest, Lake County, Illinois, USA

We think this is Dichomeris flavocostella, so we're posting it here. It's a poor image, it was a windy day in the oak savanna. We were doing a plant survey during the Middlefork Bioblitz but couldn't pass up the opportunity to photograph this interesting moth.
