Here's a head shot showing the antennea. (Patrick, note the ocelli. I had read that you thought it may be a chemical secretion, so I was glad to get a shot during the day - as opposed to the night - where the flash may create the "glowing eye" effect:)

C. rastricornis--good point about ocelli
Yes, maybe I was mistaking a glowing ocellus for a droplet--good point!

This is C. rastricornis, note the dark markings on the head and the serrate antennae (showing it is a female).

Flight was over in April here, interesting. We only have C. pectinicornis now.
