Yes, as others have stated, thats a wheel bug nymph. You should keep it for awhile until it molts a few times and matures, theyre incredibly cool looking bugs. When they mature, they develop a "cog wheel" on their "backs". Its neat to watch them feed, they jam their "beak" (probocis) into their prey and suck the innards out through it, kinda like a straw. If you keep it, be sure to feed it well, theyre pigs!
