Tom's nightmare - Araneus bicentenarius - Female

Size: close to an inch
Size estimated not including legs or jaws. Beautiful, very large. Web had been broken by us walking through it. Appeared that a signal line extended into a clump of spanish moss. A beautiful green with red on its legs.
