Cicada - Magicicada

Cicada - Magicicada
Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama, USA
July 1, 2008
Size: about 2 inches long
This Cidada had just molted and was on my husband car tire. We have so many on the trees but I had never seen one on a car tire before. He took a long time to get out of the shell... I would like to know what kind it is if anyone knows..
