Landing on horizontal surface
with wings held high says Argia to us. Solid yellow/brown thorax says female A. apicalis or A. moesta. Mostly black top of the abdomen says Argia apicalis. Nice image.

If you can, it helps to crop the image so that the insect pretty much fills the frame. Only you and the editors can see the enlarged version, so it helps to remove a lot of the surroundings from the post. Also, Indiana is pretty big, it helps if you edit your submission and be more specific on where in Indiana you photographed her.
