Remarks
Disonycha leptolineata can be mixed up with Disonycha discoidea abbreviata only - but quite easily.
In D. discoidea, the elytra are distinctly punctured, while in D.leptolineata, the puncturation is
only feeble, and partially indistinct. Compare:
