Moved from Aphidoidea.

Aphid mummy.
I'd be willing to bet this is an aphid "mummy," an individual that was victimized by one of those braconid wasps. Sure looks like it is only a shell of its former self, and do I detect a pupal case inside?

I didn't check to see if it was alive, just took it's picture then moved on. But it does look like you're right.

Those rods coming off the rear make me think of an aphid.
