Good image!
I thought it was a female common whitetail at first, but then after comparing with other images I noticed that the common whitetail has a zig-zag pattern on the abdomen and the twelve spotted has straight lines on the abdomen... So I think you're right!

Twelve spotted Skimmer
I had a bunch of Whitetail females labeled twelve spotted until I learned otherwise.
