Can this be ID'd to species?

The size was estimated, and probably wrong. I'll just remove the 8mm size from the page.

tentative ID
= Cantharis livida. For being honest, I can´t exclude the possibility this is a similar species - 8mm is a bit too small for C.livida.
Otherwise, the colouration of legs, and the dot on the head are quite typical.
