looks like a fishing sider, which is in the same family as Nursery web spiders. I love spiders but I don't think I'd trust that baby on my hand.....wow!

its not on my hand... I'm not that crazy! lol... Its in a clear plastic critter cage... you can see the top of it on the left of the pic and the bottom corner of it near the lower left side.... my hand was there to show how big it was. but it kinda does look like i'm holding it! lol
