Lady Beetle - Olla v-nigrum

Lady Beetle - Olla v-nigrum
Sand Springs, Osage County, Oklahoma, USA
July 5, 2008
Size: 5mm (3/16")
At first I thought this was a Twice-Stabbed Lady Beetle (Chilocorus Stigma) but none of the ones I've seen have white on their head/face. After a little looking I now think this is the black/red form of the Ashy Gray Lady Beetle (Olla v-nigrum).
Please help with ID.

Harmonia axyridis :-[
can't help it. the darn beast feels free to assume all kinds of disguise

Not so sure.
I wonder if this is the black form of Olla v-nigrum, the "ashy gray lady beetle." Seems to small for a Harmonia....

Olla v-nigrum
for what it's worth, I'd agree with Olla v-nigrum for this one. The polished dorsal surface, and lateral margin of elytron feebly explanate both match Olla.
