This has been identified loosely as an immature something-or-other. It was on a morning glory leaf or a gourd leaf--can't recall which.

If I was guessing (which I am) I would say Stink Bug nymph? Maybe something like this one

I've seen only three of the n
I've seen only three of the nymphs that I photographed and haven't seen any of the bugs you linked to (anchor). And I'm looking constantly--don't think I have them. Yet.
