Spider to check out. - Oxyopes scalaris - Male

I'm not sure if this is like the spider I posted last year.Lynx spider Oxyopes scalaris. This is the first time time I've seen it this year. Is this ID correct. Thanks

Lynx spider
Yes its the same one as I posted last year and had it named as Oxyopes scalaris. Thanks for the post.
