If you look at the taxonomy at the top of the page
you will see that we moved them from Heteroptera to Belostomatidae. They will be moved again when someone moves them to genus or species. Moved means moved to a new guide page, in this case deeper into the guide from suborder to family.

bug, not beetle
a member of Giant Water Bug family [Belostomatidae], probably in the genus Lethocerus.
