Unknown Bug - Euthyrhynchus floridanus

Unknown Bug - Euthyrhynchus floridanus
Callahan, Nassau County, Florida, USA
July 7, 2008
Size: 3/4 inch long
This bug had a long orange thing in the front that attached to a smaller bug. The smaller bug tried to get away, but it never did. It was not paralyzed, it kept fluttering. I observed for about 30 minutes and the larger orange and black bug never really moved very much, just a fraction if anything.
