Eris militaris?

I'm not familiar with this type of jumping spider. The chelicerae and palps are interesting. Is it an adult male?

Yup, adult male. Pretty sure militaris is correct.

There is another similar species, E. rufa, which is pretty rare and seems to be found only on pines.
