This looks a lot like the specimen found nearby in May identified as probably Phalangium opilio except this is too big to be that species. The info page says length 3.5-3.9mm. This guy is about exactly that wide, and longer. Due to the angle of the picture I can't measure length.

For scale, the little mite on its back is .5 mm long (based on a closeup).

The second pair of legs is about 25mm long.
