The partially dark hind femor
The partially dark hind femora does not key it out to D. glabrata but D. maritima. But that species has only been recorded from Nevada and California. The dark vittae also are not as wide in typical glabrata yet it shows the dark edge of the elytron placing it in that group. I am assuming you have found it on Amaranthus, or at least there are examples at that site.

I decided to take this throug
I decided to take this through Blake's key to vittate Disonycha south of the US and it comes out to D. glabrata. This species occurs all the way to Argentina on Amaranthus and shows little variation throughout its range. It almost aways has the single basal pronotal spot. The edge of the elytra are always dark and the hind femora are often partially dark. A good fit. I was kind of hoping it was a new species for the US.
