The vein along the front edge of the wing is entirely pale and the overall color seems a bit pale, which makes me think this could be a Golden-winged. Can't make out enough of the thoracic pattern or veins to say for sure either way though.

 
Legs
Nikula(1) notes that the hind tibia of Golden-winged is pale brown while the hind tibia of Needham's is black. That would be for Massachusetts but I haven't heard of geographic variation in leg color.

I put too much weight on my location, and hadn't looked into the finer points of the differences described here and
here. Good catch! I'll be moving these shortly.
