Not positive (the angle is not the best for identifying it), but pretty sure that this is it. Looks like a male 3rd instar nymph. Striking photo.

Sorry about the angle. I'm more a photographer than an entomologist so I was going for the "beauty" shot. :-) I didn't get one showing more of the side. I'll remember next time.
