A gorgeous crane fly
and I could not put my finger on without seeing the number of the antenna. Also I can hear the calling "Go west young man" the crane fly fauna are so different in the west. I just got back from a crane fly research trip from the arctic and it also widely opened my eyes. - Chen

After some study I believe
this is the female of Tipula lanei which you had the male image earlier. Thanks for helping me learning the western crane fly fauna. - Chen
