Dragonfly larva probably...
Not a danger at all to people, unless you handle them roughly. Then they can give you a little nip.

They're good to have around. They also like to eat mosquito larva. Amazing to watch them hatch into adult Dragonflies and eat all your pesky bugs!

looks like a Dragonfly larvae. I'd wait for more opinions though.

I know Pantala hymenea will lay eggs in any water source, including swimming pools....Yes, they should be welcomed and no, they will not bite human swimmers.
