Tiny grasshopper

Size: About 5mm
I found this little critter on a coneflower in my garden. It was quite docile, and I was able to take quite a few pictures. It was so tiny that I had a hard time getting sharp images.

I suspect this is a nymph.

I believe it is a nymph but I think it is a katydid of some type.
