Oecanthus instar - Oecanthus fultoni

Oecanthus instar - Oecanthus fultoni
Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, USA
July 16, 2008
Size: 8-9mm
Found this tree cricket on a small tree (working on IDing the tree). Collected in order to raise to adulthood for a definite ID. Appears to me to be at 4th instar stage from the looks of the wings (I'm still NOT an expert). The creamy orangish tinge of the pedicle and scape may prove to be important cues. No antennal markings yet. (The antennae are partially cropped from this photo).
