Staphylinidae: Staphylininae: Philonthus sp.?
Always nice to have them in hand when making generic id's for this group, but Philonthus is very likely.

Staphylinidae: Staphylininae: Gabrius sp.
I have been playing with the class staphylinids recently, and with my memory refreshed this specimen looks like a Gabrius sp. (formerly placed in Philonthus until Ales Smetana's revision 10 years or so ago).
