Equipment used
Thanks Kevin. I was using Canon's 180/3.5 macro lens with 62 mm of extension tubes. MR14-EX ring flash. Hand-held on loose monopod. 1/125 @ f/8 manual exposure, 400 ISO.

I think so too
but I'm no expert. It's a female, I can say with 100% certainty, though!
