Hybomitra lasiophthalma, male
Note: Eyes touching along mid-line = male; tubercle (tiny) at top of head between eyes = Hybomitra; broadly orange abdomen and spotted wings = lasiophthalma.
Yellow spots on entire insect = plant pollen.
