Running Crab Spider?
Right now I'm leaning toward running crab spider. Although, if it is one of those, it is atypical. See comparison shot

Not dangerous
I am having a hard time figuring this one out. It does have eight eyes which means it is not a recluse. Also spiders are measured by their body only, legs don't count.
