Stephanid Wasp - Megischus bicolor - Male
Lake Waterford, Pasadena, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA

Size: ~10mm
Found in the woods on an upright standing, dead, barkless tree. I believe it was a pine tree of some type, but not sure, it was very soft and spongy. There were plenty of borer holes in the tree.
