Hemaris
This is a Clearwing moth - Because its wings have not fully developed, it is hard to tell if it is yet a Hemaris thysbe (Hummingbird clearwing) or Hemaris diffinis (Snowberry clearwing)

The chances of it being H. thysbe are greater.

(Edit) I should've known - Hemaris diffinis have black legs.
