Dolomedes spp.
This is an adult male Fishing Spider of the Genus Dolomedes. If I had to choose a specific species, I would say this is most likely Dolomedes scriptus, but I can't be entirely certain because the abdomenal markings are not clearly visible. At any rate, these spiders are harmless and beneficial, so it's best to leave them be.
