Size: 12 mm
Found beneath rock in a creek. Looks like Paragnetina, as illustrated in Marshall(1).

Don't have the specimen
So I can't take a closer look for the spinules. Thanks for confirming. Moved from Common Stoneflies.

Probably...
an immature Paragnetina media. If so, it will have a row of spinules in a ridge across the back of the head (occiput).
