Maybe Golden Tortuise beetle egg??

Size: ~2mm
Golden tortuise beetle is what I have been seeing around the area and the color reminded me of it??? Truthfully though I have no idea?

Can simply go to Coreidae
in the guide and find plenty o'images! Many of these, we seem to remember, turn out to be Acanthocephala, but we're not sure that's unique.
