Small hopper of some type I think. Haven't seen this before.

I saw one that looked exactly like that today in central Florida, but unfortunately none of my pictures of it came out. Probably saw 10 -15 of them...

 
I only
saw this one with the banding. And, this is the best shot out of 22. Not the easiest critter to photograph.
