try Schistocerca obscura
blackish hind tibiae, dark marks on top of hind femur, yellow mark on side, brown tegmina (front wings) are all pretty characteristic of this species.

Bird grasshopper.
One of the bird grasshoppers in the genus Schistocerca. At least two or three species look just like this, so I can't be more specific.
